T. Maboka and Associates (TMA) was established in 2009 after realizing the technical skills gap in the Engineering field and the need to harness and strengthen the South African skills base which allows us to contribute in the growing of the country\u2019s economy.<\/p>

Thus, the drive to start this company was as a concern that South African companies were missing out on the possible skills transfer which can be leveraged in the near future to fully participate in engineering projects at a local to an international level.<\/p>

This will greatly assist South Africa with the economic growth drives; by putting the country on a sure path of being the world\u2019s economic hub.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The Senior Management is led by Thapelo Mabokatshaba in his capacity as Managing Director of the firm. Thapelo is a Professional Registered Technologist (PrTechEng) with (ECSA) and is armed with a B-Tech Degree (Civil Engineering) and 15 years of practical experience in the delivery of various infrastructures. He is responsible for implementing the firm\u2019s strategy and as well the overall operations of the company. Thapelo has extensive experience in the design, investigation, construction management and contract administration of various projects. He is highly skilled in various engineering-software packages and has the ability to transform conceptual design into a final product ready for implementation phase.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
